I read that you shouldn't be scared to say that you want the job at the end of an interview.
That said, I've been contemplating saying something to the effect of, "If you hire me, I can assure you you're going to get someone who is quite passionate about what she does and who really wants to make this a career for herself. That said, I can definitely see myself working here" at the end of each and every interview.
