Looking at the bright side, as you are applying for other jobs, some interviewing should start occuring.
As they are not waiting for anything from you for the job you are waiting for, just let it go, and IF they happen to contact you then it would great. But if they don't, hopefully other opportunities will be in the pipeline .....
